Our company is a small, locally owned and operated family business right here in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.  As a small business we take great pride in treating our customers as one of our own family members.  From the beginning of your initial contact with us, throughout the repair process while in your home, we make every aspect of your repair experience one that is friendly, honest and affordable.

It's been over a month since the repair and it's working well (as well as Samsung appliance can work, anyway), so their over-the-phone diagnosis was correct. You will not find a more trustworthy company to work with; I only wish they handled repairs outside of appliances so I could go to them for everything!"
